Returns must be made within 5 days of receipt and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Return authorization from Saeco Partss required before all returns are made. To obtain a return authorization, please call us at (215) 361-0947 Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST.
This return policy applies to packages returned due to wrong address or refused packages. Customer is responsible for return shipping in those instances.
Do not accept package with visible damage. Contact us immediately for item damaged inside the box.
Import duties and local taxes for international orders are NOT included in the shipping costs. Such costs will be billed to recipient directly by the delivering carrier.
Charge backs through PayPal or credit cards will incur a $30 processing fee regardless of the outcome. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us directly to resolve it.
