Shipping Methods and Terms

Shipping & Delivery

At this time, Services Unlimited, Inc./Parts Guru ships merchandise to locations within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all over the world with the exception of the country of Israel (customers from Israel are encouraged to provide us with a US address of a friend of a relative to ship their order to and then forwarded onto Israel). Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, INCLUDING all return shipping if the need arises. Shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE. ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THEIR OWN LOCAL DUTIES, TAXES AND CUSTOM DOCUMENTATION FEES, WHICH ARE NOT COVERED IN THIS SHIPPING COSTS CALCULATED ON THIS SHOPPING CART. These costs are billed and payed directly through the carrier. The risk of loss or damage in shipping is governed by terms and claims processing procedures of the carrier.

Domestic Shipping (Within the USA)

We offed shipping within the USA via United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) and Federal Express (FedEx). Your order will always and ONLY be shipped using the method of shipment you select upon checking out with the order. All different shipping methods have various shipping costs associated with them depending on the weight and dimensions of the package the items will ship in and whether or not expedited shipping was selected as opposed to standard/regular shipping. USPS allows the option of Priority Mail; UPS allows the options of Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, 2nd Day Air A.M., Next Day Air Saver, Next Day Air and Next Day Air Early A.M. and FedEx allows the options of 2Day, Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight, First Overnight and Express Saver.
Once items are shipped from our warehouse, customers who have provided e-mail addresses receive shipment notifications as well as tracking numbers via e-mail. In case of discrepancies or misplaced packages, we encourage customers to contact the shipping carrier with the tracking information or contact us directly at (215) 361-7000, Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST or via e-mail at granita@rcn.com to resolve any issues.

International
Shipping (Outside of the USA)

At this time, Services Unlimited, Inc./Parts Guru offers its international customer the option of choosing to ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) and/or United Parcel Service (UPS).
  • International shipping with USPS (United States Postal Service) is only via Priority Mail International and can anywhere from 14-21 days (or more) for delivery at the destination. Transit and delivery times depend on the volume of packages at a given time that are in transit to your specific postal office. With this method of shipping for international orders, there may or may not be any local duties/taxes and/or customer documentation fees charged at the receipt of the order in the country of destination; customers have notified us that if local taxes, duties and custom fees do occur with this method of shipment, they tend to be lower than the amounts that generally incur when shipping with FedEx and/or UPS. Also, there is a tracking number/information provided with this method of shipment but is very minimal and not as accurate as FedEx or UPS - it is also not updated as frequently as other carriers update their tracking information.
  • International shipping with UPS (United Parcel Service) does not include local duties/taxes and/or custom documentation fees that are charged to the customer upon receiving the order at their doorstep. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE FEES; UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL SAECOPARTS.COM COVER THERE CHARGES. UPS provides tracking information for the orders which is supplied to the customers and ships according to the service selected by the customer. Customers are able to select from the following services: Standard, Worldwide Expedited, Worldwide Saver, Worldwide Express and Worldwide Express Plus.
  • International shipping with FedEx does not include local duties/taxes and/or custom documentation fees that are charged to the customer upon receiving the order at their doorstep. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE FEES; UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL SAECOPARTS.COM COVER THERE CHARGES. FedEx provides tracking information for the orders which is supplied to the customers and ships according to the service selected by the customer. Customers are able to select from the following services: International Economy, International Priority and/or International First.
