The machine should be shipped to Services Unlimited, Inc. at the address shown below. If you are paying for outside service to pack and ship, please make sure that your name and contact information is taped outside the box.

Machine should always be insured for damage during shipping.

In fully automatic machines, removable parts like water tank, drip tray & cover, waste box etc. should be removed if the original packing box is not used.

In the semi-automatic machines, Portafilter is required with the machine for cleaning testing and adjustments.  The water tank and drip tray may be removed before packing. 

If a machine is received damaged, Services Unlimited, Inc. will notify you about the type and extent of damage. We will not initiate or follow up on claims of any kind with the carrier or packaging & shipping company.
