Pressurized portafilter for Gaggia semi automatic models.

The filter holder is equipped with a pressurized filter basket. This portafilter can be used in Sirena espresso machine and all Gaggia semi automatic espresso machines like Gaggia Baby, , Coffee, Classic, Espresso, Tebe, Carezza, Cubika, Starbucks Sirena�etc. The pressurized filter basket has a single 0.7 mm hole that does not allow flow of coffee extract until the pressure builds up to 9 bar (one of the essential requirement for making best espresso). The pressurized filter basket (#21000491) can be installed in old filter holders with 57mm diameter). The basket is available for purchase. This basket eliminates the need for powder fine grind and tamping. Just level the coffee grounds (grind fineness�like table salt grain) and hook up in the group, The extraction time will be just about 12 seconds.
